Machine Features：

This series is an open table-top welding frame structure heat shrink baking machine, suitable for heat shrinking and baking of products such as heat shrink tubing for electronic wire harnesses and new energy wire harnesses, circuit boards, inductance coils, copper bars, hardware accessories, etc. (products with a small heat shrink baking size range but relatively short overall length), or products that only require heat shrinking and baking at one end.

The machine uses far-infrared heating tubes, which are installed on the top, bottom, left and right sides for simultaneous heating. It is also equipped with a high-speed centrifugal fan, which can stir the heat evenly during heating to keep the entire box at a constant temperature. This allows the products to be heated simultaneously around during heat shrinking and baking, maintaining their original characteristics, ensuring that the products have no deformation, no discoloration and stable quality after heat shrinking and baking.

It adopts a high-temperature resistant Teflon mesh belt (temperature resistance: 0~350℃) with assembly line feeding mode, featuring fast baking speed and high efficiency.

With an aluminum alloy profile structure, it can be freely customized and modified in terms of mechanical size and structure. The machine has a compact and exquisite design, and can be moved freely to connect with production lines to achieve synchronous control with the production line.

Equipped with an intelligent control system, both heating temperature and speed can be adjusted arbitrarily to meet the temperature and heat shrink time requirements of different products.

It has an independent control electric box, which is away from high temperature. The heating box adopts a double-layer design with high-temperature heat insulation cotton (temperature resistance up to 1200℃) in the middle, so that the outer surface temperature of the box will not be overheated, which not only makes the working environment comfortable, but also reduces energy waste.
