This series is a closed table-top heat shrink baking machine, suitable for heat shrinking and baking of relatively small-sized products such as wire harness heat shrink tubing, heat shrink film packaging, circuit boards, and inductance coils.

The machine adopts a welded frame structure and uses far-infrared heating tubes for double-sided heating. A high-speed centrifugal fan is installed inside the box, which can stir the heat evenly during heating to keep the entire box at a constant temperature. It maintains the original characteristics of the products, ensuring that the products have no deformation, no discoloration and stable quality after heat shrinking and baking.

It uses a high-temperature resistant Teflon mesh belt (temperature resistance: 0~350℃) with an assembly line feeding mode, featuring fast baking speed and high efficiency.

With a table-top welded frame structure, it is compact and exquisitely designed, effectively saving space and being more suitable for small-batch and small-sized products.

Equipped with an intelligent control system, both heating temperature and speed can be adjusted arbitrarily to meet the temperature and heat shrink time requirements of different products.

It is equipped with an independent control electric box, which is away from high temperature. The heating box adopts a double-layer design with high-temperature heat insulation cotton (temperature resistance up to 1200℃) in the middle, so that the outer surface temperature of the box will not be overheated, which not only makes the working environment comfortable, but also reduces energy waste.
