This series is a **suspended aluminum alloy structure heat shrinkage baking machine**, suitable for heat shrinking or baking of various electronic wire harnesses, new energy wire harnesses and other products that require intermediate heat shrink processing. The machine adopts far-infrared heating tubes with **double-sided / single-sided heating** options. The inner chamber is equipped with high-speed centrifugal fans, which circulate and evenly distribute heat during operation to maintain a constant temperature inside the oven chamber. It preserves the original characteristics of products, ensuring no deformation, no discoloration and stable quality after heat shrinking and baking. It adopts **high-temperature resistant Teflon mesh belt** (temperature resistance: 0-350℃) with assembly line feeding mode, featuring fast baking speed and high efficiency. Adopting suspended welded frame structure, it has compact layout and exquisite design. The heat shrinkage area is adjustable, perfectly adapting to heat shrink processing of different types of wire harnesses. Equipped with an intelligent control system, both heating temperature and conveying speed are infinitely adjustable, meeting the temperature and heat shrink time requirements of different products. It is designed with an **independent electrical control box** away from high-temperature areas. The heating chamber adopts double-layer structure filled with high-temperature heat insulation cotton (temperature resistance up to 1200℃), which keeps the outer surface temperature of the chamber low. It not only provides a comfortable working environment, but also reduces energy consumption and waste.
