This series adopts an open-type welded frame structure and is a heat shrinkage baking machine. It is suitable for heat shrinking and baking of electronic wire harnesses, new energy wire harness heat shrinkable tubes, circuit boards, inductance coils, copper bars, hardware accessories and other products — especially products with a small heat shrinkage baking size range but relatively long overall dimensions, or products that only require heat shrinkage and baking at one end.

The machine adopts far-infrared heating tubes, which are installed on the top, bottom, left and right for simultaneous heating. Equipped with high-speed centrifugal fans, the fans circulate and evenly distribute heat during operation to maintain a constant temperature inside the oven chamber. The product is heated evenly on all sides during heat shrinking and baking, preserving its original properties. After processing, the product features no deformation, no discoloration and stable quality.

It adopts high-temperature resistant Teflon mesh belt (temperature resistance: 0~350°C) with assembly line feeding mode, delivering fast baking speed and high production efficiency.

Adopting a welded frame structure, customized dimension modification is available on request. The machine features a compact and ingenious structure, with dual design options of floor-standing and table-top types. It can be moved freely to connect with production lines and realize synchronous control with the production line.

Equipped with an intelligent control system, the heating temperature and conveying speed are infinitely adjustable, meeting the temperature and heat shrinkage time requirements of different products.

It is configured with an independent control electric box, kept away from high-temperature areas. The heating chamber adopts a double-layer design filled with high-temperature heat insulation cotton (temperature resistance up to 1200°C), which keeps the outer surface temperature of the chamber low. It not only ensures a comfortable working environment but also reduces energy waste.
