This precision fully automatic single-head crimping & tinning machine is driven by Inovance servo motors (6 servo motors in total) and ball screws. It ensures extremely high positioning accuracy for wire feeding, stripping, crimping and tinning, with smooth action transitions, and a maximum speed of 3,600 pcs/h.
The machine features simple and easy operation via a touchscreen interface. All parameters, including stripping length, cutting length, cutting depth, crimping position and tinning time, can be adjusted digitally, saving significant setup time for operators.
